- Obtain Return Authorization (RA)
Our support team will review your application promptly and send a unique RA number together with detailed return packaging & shipping guidelines via email.
- Send back your merchandise
After receiving the RA number, repack the item securely (original packaging is highly recommended) and ship it back to our designated warehouse.
- Customers bear return delivery fees, except for defective goods or orders shipped incorrectly by our team
- We strongly advise choosing trackable courier services or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid parcel loss during transit
3. Refund Timeline & Payment Rules

Supplementary Refund Clause
